Inner Circle Vodka Bar is looking for a bartender. Inner Circle is located in the downtown area and offers a full bar selection plus signature infused cocktails. The facility has large indoor and outdoor patio space and has a capacity of about 500. The role includes being a part of a large team that is responsible for serving high volume/high-speed bar. If you have experience behind the bar, are great with customers, and are ready to learn our system; then we want to hear from you.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide extraordinary service to all guests as a bartender
- Be able to problem solve and handle issues quickly and correctly.
- In-depth product knowledge to help the customers get the most out of our product.
- Works as a team to complete a daily and weekly detailed cleaning schedule to maintain equipment and the appearance of the bar.
- Follow all Missouri Liquor laws.
Qualifications:
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Be able to communicate respectfully and honestly with others, including all team members
- Have knowledge of the service industry and experience in front of house operations
- Be able to recognize the effects of alcohol on guests and respond accordingly
- Have POS experience and be able to do basic math calculations including basic money handling experience.
- Have the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, up to 12 hours
