Come enjoy downtown Tulsa in a unique setting in one of Inner Circle Vodka Bar’s Winter Globes. Each of Inner Circle’s three Winter Globes is reserved in two-hour blocks and can fit up to 8 people. Each space is specially designed for a fun unique experience overlooking downtown Tulsa. We do not have a kitchen, but we recommend picking up food from local restaurants. Inner Circle is 21+. No outside drinks are allowed. There is no smoking in the globes. The reservation fee is non-refundable. No glitter or confetti is allowed when decorating
